Sunday Smoothie for Everyday
Bonus! Pumpkin flesh is a good source of Beta-Carotene which studies have shown is good for your eyes and it is also a great source of antioxidant to help the body fight against harmful
1/2 - cup canned pumpkin
1 - cup almond milk or milk of choice
2 - frozen bananas
2 - dates or other sweetener (optional)
1 - scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
1/2 tsp. - vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger.
Make special for the Holidays but really this pumpkin smoothie should be enjoyed year round because of it's great taste and many health benefits.
