Wealth Tidbits:
Wealth will not only come to you through your finances, career, job, entrepreneurship, budget and spending, saving and investing but also through several other life hats.
Wealth in life comes to us in so many other great forms; it comes to us through the people we meet, the relationships we make with our family, friends and even our pets.  It comes through the stories, laughter and even the sadness we share and also through all the knowledge we acquire by learning and listening during our life time.


Relationship Tidbits:
The way in which two or more concepts, objects, groups, countries or people are connected, or the state of being connected.
A state of being connected by blood or marriage, business relationship, tenant landlord relationship etc.
The way, in which two or more people or things are connected, talk to, behave toward, and deal with each other.

Why Relationships Matter:
Connections to others satisfy a basic human need for us to be close to and supported by others.

We are happier, healthier and even live longer when we have strong close relationships in our lives.

The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind.
A state of good physical, mental, emotional and social well-being, especially when maintained by an appropriate diet, exercise, and other lifestyle modifications.
A dynamic state of well-being in which an individual progresses toward a higher level of functioning, achieving an optimum balance between internal and external environments.
Wellness is an active, lifelong process of becoming aware of choices and making decisions toward a more balanced, healthier and fulfilling life.

Why Wellness Matters:
Maintaining an optimal level of wellness is absolutely crucial to live a higher quality life. 
Wellness matters because everything we do and every emotion we feel relates to our well-being.  In turn, our well-being directly affects our actions and emotions.  It’s an ongoing circle.  Therefore, it is important for everyone to achieve optimal wellness in order to subdue stress, reduce the risk of illness and ensure positive interactions.

Wisdom Tidbits: 
Wisdom is the knowledge that is gained by having many experiences in a life time, the pluses as well as the minuses one learns and applies.  We acquire wisdom through reading, learning, doing and listening. It is truly amazing what one can learn if one really listens.

Why Wisdom Matters:
Wisdom knows how to take full responsibilities for all our own life choices and actions.
It is accepting criticism and knowing when and how to let go of negative situations to a point where like rain they will just roll right off.  
Wisdom is also learning to forgive ourselves as well as others and making the necessary changes to become who we really choose to be.
