Walking will always be a good form of exercise but if for some reason you can’t bring yourself to walk today, try hopping on a bicycle instead.
Biking is not only a fantastic form of cardio exercise it also works out most major muscle groups.
Depending on the type of bike riding you decide to try, a little research may be needed.  Not sure what size bike you need? Your local bicycle shop is usually a great place to start, read Cycling for Beginners: How to Choose the Right Bike and Equipment or check out Bike Buying Guide. ​
Limited on storage space, a folding bicycle is designed to fold into a compact form making it easier to transport, store and travel with. 
Airline baggage regulations often permit folding bikes as ordinary luggage making traveling to other cities or countries a bicycling adventure. 
There are many good quality makes and models to choose from that come in a variety of sizes, performances and prices.

How to Display Children's Artwork

With the school year about mid-way done, children have probably brought home several of their many art projects. 
A good way to display and store these many treasures is with a
 storage frame.
Children often make unique art projects for holidays and other special events.
The great thing about these storage frames is that your child’s art can be on display all year long with the flexibility of changing at a whim with the other art project being stored in the frame.

These frames are specially sized to hold the standard sizes of artwork created at school or home.  Each polystyrene-covered wooden frame also includes a 3/4" deep compartment behind the picture to store approx. 50 more pictures.

Need to lower your Blood Pressure?
​Try this 2-Minute Blood Pressure Lowering Exercise 

​Simply squeeze a rubber ball. It seems to help—a lot, says Men's Health magazine author Steven Stiefel. According to a study in the European Journal of Applied Physiology, people performing handgrip exercises for 8 weeks lowered their systolic blood pressure by 15 points and their diastolic pressure by five.

"The blood-pressure response to grip training is greater than to aerobic exercise," says lead author Maureen MacDonald, Ph.D. All it takes is 2 minutes of squeezing, four times a day.

It can also help reduce your stress which in return helps lower your blood pressure.  While squeezing these small rubber shapes,  take deep breaths and concentrate on each breath.

​It's amazing!  While squeezing this small rubber shape and concentrating on each breath, there is very little room for any other thoughts to enter your mind!
Try several shapes and take time to bring out your inner child, just have fun and smile all while acquiring some emotional and physical health benefits.  A great way to manage your stress!
