​If like me, you are not big on juicing because of the pulp waste, these fruits and vegetables can definitely be used in your daily smoothie.
Remember the thickness of a smoothie is a choice, it all depends on the appliance you are using and the amount of liquid you add.
For example the fatigue recipe:
My carrots and beets are partially cooked, I use some of the beet or carrot cooking water for my liquid and the lemon is also in juice form.  The spinach can be fresh or frozen and my apple of choice is usually Fuji.
All of these flavors blend very well together and make for an enjoyable smoothie drink.
My personal opinion is that a good healthy smoothie should have 2 or 3 of each, vegetables and fruits plus a tsp. combination of wheat germ, flax seeds and/or chia seeds. 
At times I'll even introduce a fresh slice of ginger or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
For extra creaminess you can add some plain yogurt.
The whole idea of a smoothie is to try different healthy combinations that you will enjoy.

Banana Mango Smoothie

with a touch of turmeric

Bonus! Turmeric has many health boosting benefits.  
​Adding this spice to your smoothie brings potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits into your diet.  You only need a teaspoon of turmeric a day to help unlock the weight-loss power of this seasoning.
Banana Mango Smoothie Ingredients:
1 - ripe banana
3/4 - cup fresh or frozen mango chunks - frozen works well
10 - cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tbsp - honey
1/2 tsp - ground turmeric
Add a pinch of cinnamon and the juice of half a lime
Blend all ingredients until smooth. 
​Pour in a BPA Free Tumbler and enjoy!

Skinny Green Tropical Smoothie
Green smoothies are a great way to pack vibrant nutrients into a simple low calorie meal or snack.
​
​Ingredients:
3/4 - cup coconut milk or coconut water
1/2 - cup vanilla Greek yogurt
3/4 - cup frozen pineapple
1/2 - frozen banana
1 - scoop Pure Spinach Powder or use fresh spinach

Ninja Professional Blender (BL660)
​You may also choose to add some Chia seeds, Flax seeds or a scoop of your favorite plant based protein powder.
Blend all ingredients and add more liquid if necessary to obtain desired consistency.
Pour and enjoy taking in some A & C vitamins with this tasty and nutritional smoothie.

Simple Blueberry Kale Smoothie

In a hurry? Try this simple nutritious smoothie.
Super easy to put together.
Ingredients:
1 - large banana (frozen)
2-4 - kale leaves
1 - cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 - cup cold water (or coconut water)

Blend all ingredients in your favorite blender until smooth, add more water if needed.
For a little extra nutrition, add 1 tsp. of wheat germ, flax seeds and/or chia seeds 
Optional - 1 tsp. lemon zest

Carrot Apple Spinach Smoothie

Carrot
 Apple Spinach Smoothie
This smoothie can be made with carrot and apple, spinach and apple or all three ingredients. Depending on your choice, the color of your smoothie will vary but the taste and health benefits will be great!
Ingredients:
1 apple of choice
2 carrots chopped or shredded
1 to 2 handful of spinach
1 to 1 1/2 cups of water of choice

You may also want to add:
1 tbs. chia seeds or other seeds such as flax, hemp or a combination of all three.
Juice from a wedge of lemon
A peeled slice of ginger, less than 1/2" unless you really enjoy a stronger taste of ginger.
A sprinkle of cinnamon

Blend until smooth, poor into your favorite drinking smoothie mug and enjoy all of these great tasty and healthy ingredients.

Suggestion Tips:
I usually cook my carrots just enough to make them a little softer and use that water as my smoothie water.
I will often cook a bigger batch of carrots and freeze some for future smoothies.
