1 – large pear
1 1/4 - cups green grapes
1 tbsp. – wheat germ
4 tbsps. – plain Greek or soya yogurt
1/4 - cup liquid
Water, natural pear or white grape juice for a sweeter flavor
Ice cubes optional
In a blender, combine pear chunks, grapes, liquid, wheat germ and yogurt.
Add more liquid if necessary to obtain desired consistency.
Stick to a non flavored yogurt as to enjoy the full fruity flavor of this pear and grapes smoothie.
