Sometimes we have to give ourselves our own "Pat on the Back!"
Meaning if you accomplish and finish something, or even just take steps to make a new positive change in your life, you should give yourself a
"That a boy or girl."
I recently took one of those positive healthy step.
My day job gives me a lot of opportunity to walk, so I try to walk as many steps as possible but once I reach home or on the weekends I become more sedentary.
In the past I tried a few exercise programs but none really stuck.

I read Exercise Every Day by S.J. Scott. I actually own several of Steve's Habit Books. His books are very easy to understand and apply, especially if you are looking to make positive changes in your life.
Exercise Every Day: 32 Tactics for Building the Exercise Habit inspired my daily workout routine. I started small and I am gradually building on it.

My "Pat on the Back" is that I have been doing my new daily exercise routine for almost 2 months.
I am now working on making some daily habit changes with my writing goals.
That a girl!
