Mid Year Reflections This is often the time of the year when we may take some time to look back at what this year has brought us so far and how we have dealt with it. Some of us had possibly set goals for our health, finances or just to better our lives in general. How have we faired so far? Did we follow our New Years goals and dreams? Did we learn new things? Did we enjoy life to the fullest? Did we make time for ourselves and others? |
Reflecting on what you did or did not accomplish is only part of life's cycle.
You also need to be grateful for what was learned and understand that any small step taken daily to better your life and the life of others is a great accomplishment in itself.
Goals and dreams are not set in stone and do not need to be only applied at the beginning of a New Year.
Changes we choose to make in our lives can be started at any time as they are our guided map for the life we choose to live.
You just need to keep taking those small daily steps.
