Good Morning Orange Blueberry Smoothie
Simple and satisfying describes this delicious antioxidant rich breakfast smoothie.
It's a great way to start any day.
Bonus! Blueberries have great memory-maintaining antioxidants
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
Slice of orange or fresh blueberries for garnish
Combine all ingredients in blender until thick and smooth.
You can always add a little more orange juice if too thick.
