Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1 cup orange juice 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup ice cubes Slice of orange or fresh blueberries for garnish Combine all ingredients in blender until thick and smooth. You can always add a little more orange juice if too thick. |
