Sunday Smoothies for Everyday

Cranberry and Cantaloupe Smoothie


Bonus: For more Nutritional Benefits add 1 tsp. of wheat germ, flax seeds and chia seeds in all your smoothie drinks.  ​

​Ingredients:
3 cups diced and chilled cantaloupe
1/2 cup skim milk or milk of choice
1/4 cup cranberry juice, concentrate and undiluted
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Cantaloupe chunks for garnish

Ninja Professional Blender (BL660
​Combine melon, milk, cranberry juice concentrate and yogurt in blender for about 30 seconds.
Add more milk if needed.
Pour into tall glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg
Makes 4 servings.
