1 - cup frozen sliced peaches
1 - container (6oz) nonfat pineapple-coconut yogurt
1/4 - cup light coconut milk (I use coconut water)
1 tbs. - flaxseed meal
In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth
If needed add more milk to consistency desired
Sweeten to taste (optional)
Enjoy a Sunday Smoothie any day of the week, pored into a Tumbler of your choice, the one that fits your personality and makes you smile while you enjoy your favorite smoothie recipe.
It's a great way to start your day.
