Regardless of the people or situations we encounter in our daily lives,
when we negatively assume, we will often leave ourselves open to receiving more unsolicited negativity and stress.
For some of us assuming that things will work out for the best takes practice.
If you find yourself in that negative space, take a moment and through your nose,
"breath in the positive and breath out the negative".
As you concentrate on your breaths you will start feeling calmer.
This should help you to think more clearly and also help in the finding of solutions.
And if the answers you are looking for do not come right away, at least you will be feeling calmer.
